◆ 主要研究内容
(1)昆虫化学感觉的分子机制及行为调控剂开发。利用组学、神经生物学、结构生物学等鉴定和解析害虫关键化学感受分子靶标及作用机制,智能化高通量筛选新型害虫行为调控剂。
(2)昆虫RNAi的作用机制及RNAi农药研发。聚焦鞘翅目,鳞翅目,双翅目等几类重大农业害虫,比较RNAi在不同害虫中的作用机制差异,整合功能基因组学、合成生物学和纳米材料等新技术研发RNAi农药,创新害虫防控新技术。

1. 主持国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、国家基金重点项目、国家基金重点国际合作项目、国家重点研发计划等项目。

发表研究论文150余篇,其中以第一或者通讯作者在PNAS、Current Biology、Mole.Biol.Evol.、eLife等杂志上发表SCI论文80余篇,获授权国家发明专利8件,主(参)编著作3 部。获得中组部高层次领军人才、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、国家百千万人才工程、国家有突出贡献中青年专家、国务院政府特殊津贴、深圳市国家级领军人才等荣誉。
